Welcome to our ‘Frequently asked questions ‘ section where we hope that you will find answers to some of the questions you may have. If, however, you can’t see what you are looking for, please feel free to drop us a quick email by completing our enquiry form and we will endeavour to get back to you with an answer.


How long will it take to get my new campervan?

This can depend on a number of factors such as, Volkswagen production times, delivery schedules and optional extras you may have requested. We suggest that you speak to one of our sales advisors and they will let you know the current anticipated delivery date


How long does my warranty last for?

Since becoming a Volkswagen registered campervan manufacturer, all New Campers now come with:

  • Volkswagen base vehicle - 3 year (up to 100,000 miles) full warranty
  • Bilbo’s conversions - 3-year subject to a Habitation check by us after two years.
  • All are transferrable within the 3 years

If I have any problems with my campervan, who do I speak to?

You can speak to or email our After Sales department which is open from:

How often should I have a Habitation check?

Bilbo’s recommends a Habitation Service at least every two years, either at Bilbo’s or a member of the National Caravan Council (NCC) Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS).  A habitation check by Bilbo’s is a requirement of the new warranty at the end of the second year.
