Bilbo’s is launching its New Ford based campervan at the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show that takes place at the NEC Birmingham 18 – 23 February 2025.

The specialist convertor will be showing a variety of models including a new prototype campervan based on the Ford Transit Custom vehicle, and are open to customer feedback whilst developing its 1^st conversion on a Ford based vehicle.

David Latham, director of Bilbo’s Motorhomes Ltd commented, ‘We have been aware of the need for a new campervan utilising the latest Ford Transit Custom and are pleased to be able to bring our wealth of combined knowledge to another new model as we await the first deliveries of the New Volkswagen Transporter.

Whilst we will still be known as a Specialist Volkswagen campervan converter, the Ford Custom is a natural addition to run in unison with our range as it shares the same chassis and body shape as the new Transporter. We therefore thought we would get ahead of the game by developing a conversion based on the Ford, and then, when the new Transporter arrives, we will be able to offer a similar conversion on this model.

In the meantime, we are launching our new prototype-based Ford Custom model (yet to be named) and are open to feedback from visitors to the show, it will also be a good opportunity to process the interest in this conversion and if so, what additional features/adjustments are needed.
